It's Carol's birthday today. She went to some sort of a party tonight at Porsche Appleman's house. Some sort of a thing where this consultant tells you what body type you are and what kinds of clothes you should wear to look good. Thanks, but I don't personally need anybody to tell me my body type... FAT! "Yes, sir, your body type is FAT. And as for the type of clothes you should wear, I'd say REALLY BIG ONES should do it..... Next!" Anyway, I suppose all the ladies had fun. Carol isn't home yet so that probably means she's enjoying herself.
Marina's at Sydney's house for the night and tomorrow they're taking their Babysitting Class together over at the hospital.
Dakota is spending the night over at Grandma's. He was over-the-moon with excitement. I don't think he's ever stayed at Grandma & Grandpa's without Marina before. So he got to have Grandma all to himself tonight! He was enjoying eating his McDonald's Happy Meal and telling Grandma all about the last day of school, below. Later they played "volleyball" with a beachball in the house. They were both whacking the ball all over the place like a couple of cuckoos and laughing the whole time. When I left they were settling down for the night and watching Tom & Jerry cartoon on DVD. 
In the morning Carol and I are going to go out for breakfast for her birthday. It will be nice having a little breakfast date without kids... we seldom get to do that! Anyway, Happy Birthday, Carol!
